Being a 720p release i would say the quality was too pixelated esp in the dark/space scenes, but regarding the relatively small filesize its maybe to be expected. If you dont want to risk being annoyed, go for a bigger release...

-Relevant and some would maybe say needed addition to the BSG saga, but personally I wont recommend watching this without seeing the whole series first, which i would highly recommend to anyone...

I downloaded a different version, but the movie itself is disappointing (even though I enjoyed the series). Unless you are a freak fan, not worth watching.
